Donald Trump knew long before he took the stage at the Jan. 6 ‘Save America’ rally that he would not be marching to the Capitol to protest Congress’ certification of Joe Biden’s election victory, according to his private campaign platform. White House from this day forward.

The former president began his nearly 75-minute speech at the Ellipse by saying he would go with the crowd to the Capitol, then repeated that promise when he said he would walk with them down Pennsylvania Avenue towards of the Capitol.

But Trump’s private calendar — released by the House Select Committee investigating the Capitol attack in a filing Wednesday — shows Trump must have known he was not scheduled to join such a march. and that he was being taken back to the White House….
