Alameda County — Tri-Valley Rep. Eric Swalwell has joined seven female Congress members in calling for a federal investigation into “disturbing and extensive sexual abuse and misconduct complaints” made by inmates at the Federal Correctional Institution Dublin. (FCI Dublin.)
