Owner of San Francisco salon where Pelosi was caught maskless says reopening ‘almost impossible’

ESalon owner Erica Kious is still lamenting the closure of her San Francisco hair salon following California’s strict COVID-19 lockdown orders — as well as House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s viral visit, she told FOX Business Network’s “The Evening Edit” Monday.

The speaker was caught maskless in Kious’ salon back in August, causing the salon owner to shut her doors after receiving hundreds of poor reviews and hateful messages.

“I worked so hard and so did my team for years to have the good reviews that we did,” she said. “We had over 600 negative reviews. So for me to overcome that and try to reopen was almost impossible.”

Six months later, Kious’ two San Francisco locations remain closed due to the inconsistency of the Golden State’s shutdown directives.
