North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un gives a speech at the end of a key ruling-party meeting in Pyongyang. The 4th plenary meeting of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea concluded on Friday, as Kim laid out plans for the coming year, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported.
