California Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell claimed during an interview on Monday that the 2022 midterms could be the “last election,” referring to Republican efforts to strengthen voter integrity laws and oppose a Democrat federal voting rights law.
Swalwell made the bizarre comment during an interview on MSNBC’s “All In with Chris Hayes.”
