Former Vice President Mike Pence will join Brian Kemp next week to campaign in Kemp’s re-election bid for Georgia governor.
Kemp’s campaign confirmed that Pence will be in north Georgia on Tuesday afternoon. Kemp and Pence will speak at the Cumming Cigar Company and Carroll Daniel Construction Company in Gainesville.
Pence is the latest in a long list of names that have come to the Peach state to campaign this election cycle.
On Friday, former President Barack Obama will speak at a rally for Kemp’s Democratic challenger Stacey Abrams and Sen. Raphael Warnock.
Earlier this week, Sen. Lindsey Graham made stops for Warnock’s Republican challenger Herschel Walker.

“Hamilton” creator Lin Manuel-Miranda was also in town for Abrams and Warnock this month while Orpah Winfrey held a virtual rally for Abrams.
